Return Policy for Scripture in Picture

At Scripture in Picture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned, such as gift cards, downloadable digital products, and items marked as "final sale." Please check the product description for return eligibility before purchasing.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at ask@scriptureinpicture.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us, including a return authorization code.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item shows signs of use or is missing parts).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ask@scriptureinpicture.com to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank for further details.
